You can cancel an order before it is packed for dispatch. Here is how cancellation works.
Cancelling your order
- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp from the same number you used to order.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are packed for dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If there is a problem when it arrives, our return and refund policy applies.
- Special orders, bulk orders and items sourced specifically for you can be cancelled only before we place the order with the brand.
Cancellation by Choice
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. We will inform you on WhatsApp and refund any payment in full.
