How ordering works
- Add products to your cart and tap Place order on WhatsApp. This sends us your order request; it is not yet a confirmed order.
- Our team confirms availability, the final price, delivery charges (if any) and the delivery time on WhatsApp.
- Your order is confirmed once you accept these details and we receive full payment.
- We do not offer cash on delivery.
Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and offers may change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of your order is final.
- If a price or product detail on the website is shown incorrectly, we will let you know before confirming your order.
- Wholesale rates for salons and retailers are shared separately on request.
Offers
Offers such as free shipping above ₹999 apply as described on the website or in our messages, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may change or end an offer at any time.
Products, shades and photos
- We sell genuine products sourced from the brands or their authorised distributors.
- Product photos are for illustration. Shades and colours may look slightly different on your screen and in natural light.

- Professional products such as hair straightening creams should be used by trained professionals.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will offer a replacement, a later delivery or a refund for that item.
